Dr. Navin Kunde of Clorox, Department Manager for Open Innovation, shared this short PowerPoint deck and accompanying worksheet at InnoLead’s 2019 Impact conference. It includes a useful exercise: if you had 100 pennies to invest in different open innovation partners, like small suppliers, universities, design or engineering consultancies, startups, etc., where are you investing resources and time today? Where is innovation actually coming from? What should you do differently? This exercise is helpful when done with a group of colleagues.
