Be part of THE event for innovation, R&D, and strategy executives: Oct. 25-27, 2023

Impact is the world’s most useful event for anyone working in strategy, innovation, transformation, R&D, and emerging tech inside a large organization. Tickets to this gathering are limited to people currently holding roles in large private or public companies; nonprofits and NGOs; and government agencies.

Spend Time With Innovators Including…

Conference Tracks

We’re organizing sessions into six tracks, so that you will be able to go in-depth on these topics, level up your understanding, and bring tangible value and practices back to your organizations. You’ll also be able to bring your own issues to the fore by proposing discussion topics (using only a Post-It Note!) that you’d like to convene peers around, on both October 26 and 27th.

Tracks will include:

  • Generating Business Value with AI
  • Constructive Collaboration with Business Units and Functions
  • Building New Ventures
  • Advancing Open Innovation & Startup Engagement
  • Optimizing the Innovation Team
  • Navigating New Mandates (including Sustainability + DEI).

Reserve Your Spot Now. Ticket Prices Increase on Sept. 15th!

Tickets to Impact are available to professionals currently working in an innovation, growth, transformation, R&D, strategy, design, new product development, change management, HR, or technlogy role in a large organization. Large organizations include private and public companies, nonprofits, government agencies, and universities. (If you are a consultant, advisory firm, software vendor, training provider, or other firm that sells to the innovation sector, please see below for info about becoming a sponsor of Impact 2023.) We will refund ticket purchases that do not fit the criteria listed here. Please direct any questions to events@innolead.com.

If you’d like to purchase more than two tickets at a time and would like a group discount, please email scohen@innolead.com. See below for information about additional benefits available to teams coming to Impact 2023 together.

Who’s Going?

These are just a few of the companies that will be at Impact 2023. Participants are all involved in innovation and growth-related work at their organizations — whether they sit in R&D, strategy, corporate development, HR, engineering, technology, or a business unit.

About the Venue

Impact 2023 will be held at the Hyatt Regency Boston / Cambridge, located on the Charles River at 575 Memorial Drive. Most attendees will arrive by lunchtime on October 25th for our pre-conference workshops and off-site activities, and stay through 4 PM on October 27th, when our programming concludes. To access our discounted room block, please make your hotel reservation using this link.

What Will You Get Out of Impact?

  • Core innovation best practices: Learn from other corporates what is working
  • Emerging technologies and new experiments: Get a glimpse of how corporates and startups are prototyping the future
  • Professional development: Build new skills that will help you advance your career
  • One-to-one meetings with other participants and Impact sponsors: Get input and advice on your biggest agenda items.
  • Meet peers in advance: We’re hosting two Zoom “schmoozes” on Oct 18th (12 PM ET) and Oct 20th (11 AM ET) to give you a chance to get to know others before you arrive in Boston — and talk about what expertise you can “give” to others at Impact, as well as what you intend to “get” from the event.
  • Here’s our shareable PDF to justify the value you and your team will get from Impact 2023.

Who You’ll Meet

This event is designed for corporate leaders in innovation, strategy, design, emerging technology, R&D, and new product development roles. Speakers at past Impact gatherings have included senior executives from Google, 3M, Dole Sunshine, Lucasfilm, General Mills, Lyft, Kickstarter, Williams-Sonoma, IBM, Bose, Converse, Citi, Samsung, Tiffany & Co., Ford, Hain Celestial, Ralph Lauren, Kellogg’s, Walmart, NASA, Harvard Business Review, and more. If you need to deliver tangible impact in your organization in the year ahead, you won’t want to miss Impact.

What to Expect

In addition to fireside chats, workshops, and case studies, you’ll be invited to participate in pre-event activities and cocktail receptions, as well as breakouts full of opportunities to participate and pose your questions. Impact also gives you the chance to schedule 1-on-1 meetings with other participants, speakers, and sponsors. We’ll kick off the event on the afternoon of October 25th with some optional off-site activities and visits around Boston, and workshops at the conference hotel.

Make Impact Your Team’s Fall Off-Site

Many teams come to Impact together, to be able to attend different sessions of interest, compare notes, and hold their own debriefs or planning sessions during and after the event. While there is plenty of indoor and outdoor meeting space at the Hyatt for informal small group gatherings, we also have reservable conference rooms on October 26th and 27th that can be booked by the hour. These are available free to any group that comes to Impact with five or more team members. Please contact Frank Hertz for details on group pricing.
