Generative AI has dramatically lowered the cost—and time—of launching new products. In this new landscape, innovation teams are no longer just building faster; they’re operating in a world where speed is table stakes. The real differentiator? Context.
This session on July 23rd at 12pm ET with Elliott Parker, CEO of Alloy Partners, presents a provocative thesis: In an AI-first world, the innovation teams with the best context will win.
We’ll explore how to apply the concept of a “context window”—borrowed from generative AI—to the business of innovation. That means designing business models and product strategies that are deeply informed by both real-time data and physical, human, and market context.
What You’ll Learn:
- How innovation teams can harness “context advantage” to outmaneuver competitors
- Why business models must evolve alongside AI-native product design
- How to build adaptive frameworks that respond to shifting customer behavior, regulation, and technological disruption
- Examples of organizations embedding context into their innovation process
- Practical strategies to align product experimentation with emerging signals and long-term value
This is a session for innovation leaders ready to rethink their playbook. In a world where AI can generate ideas instantly, success belongs to those who understand the landscape better—and design for it first.
