Leveraging Internal & External Data for Agentic AI Use Cases

One of the featured speakers at our 2025 “AI Build Day” event was Abhi Yadav, co-founder of AI Innovators Community and CEO of iCustomer, a decision intelligence company.

He focused on the challenge of having good data for agentic AI systems to access, otherwise AI can’t deliver good insights and results. Among Yadav’s observations:

    • Agentic AI is here — Enterprises are moving from generative AI to autonomous, outcome-driven AI.

    • Apps are being disrupted — Prompts replace clicks. AI automates what apps used to do. SaaS apps are at the risk of being obsolete.

    • Silos continue to explode — With Agentic AI, it becomes easier to create new apps. Enterprises will go from 600 to 6,000+ apps.

    • AI is the new digital — Transformation now means AI-first, not digital-only.

    • Unified data is the fuel — Real-time, trusted data is essential for AI to reason, decide and act at a faster rate.
