To coincide with the release of our Benchmarking Innovation Impact 2018 report, sponsored by KPMG, we brought together 16 innovation professionals to discuss some of the report’s findings.
Among the topics we covered: the “right” allocation of time and resources to incremental, adjacent, and transformational innovation; how business units and functions get involved in that work; and some of the key obstacles to and enablers of innovation.
