Impact Silicon Valley

November 2-3, 2022
The year’s biggest gathering of corporate innovators

Impact is the world's top gathering of corporate innovation, strategy, emerging tech, and R&D leaders in big organizations.

What Will You Get Out of It?

Our next Impact conference takes place in Silicon Valley. We're designing it to be smaller than in the past (limited to 200 participants), and focused on four benefits:

  1. Core innovation best practices: Learn from other corporates what is working
  2. Emerging technologies and new experiments: Get a glimpse of how corporates and startups are prototyping the future
  3. Professional development: Build new skills that will help you advance your career
  4. One-to-one meetings with other participants and Impact sponsors: Get input and advice on your biggest agenda items.

We know your time is precious. The time you spend at Impact will help you and your team learn from the best, deliver bigger results, spark new partnerships, and grow your network.

Event FAQs

Who comes to this event?

Impact is designed expressly for corporate innovation, strategy, emerging tech, and R&D professionals. That’s everyone from Chief Innovation Officers and VPs of Innovation, to Directors of Innovation and R&D Managers. If you’re responsible for new products or services inside your company, you’re probably the right fit. If you're in professional services, advisory, training, or innovation software, please inquire about sponsorship.

Where does Impact take place?

We are hosting this year's in-person conferences in New York and San Jose, California. Impact@NYC is taking place at the Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn.

What is your COVID-19 policy?

We will announce our COVID-19 policies for Impact Silicon Valley by October 2022, based on guidance from state and local officials.

Can I get a refund?

If you are unable to attend the event for health reasons, or your plans change, we are happy to transfer your ticket to a colleague or shift it to our next in-person event. If the event is cancelled due to public health reasons, we will offer you the option of a refund or transferring your registration to our next in-person event, or an online event that is held instead of the in-person event. If you need to transfer your registration to a colleague, please let us know at least 24 hours before the event begins by emailing so we have the new participant's contact info.

What is the code of conduct at your events?

We are dedicated to creating a professional, safe, welcoming, and harassment-free environment for all our attendees. Please see our complete code of conduct here.

Will you bore me with PowerPoints?

No. We're intentionally light on slides at our in-person events in favor of interactive exercises, easel pads, Post-It Notes, Play-doh, and whiteboards. Some speakers do use slides or visuals at our virtual events to make their practices and ideas more concrete.

Will the media be there?

No. All our sessions are confidential and designed for the benefit of participants.
