She is a member of the US Technical Advisory Group (TAG) and is actively involved in collaboratively developing international standards for innovation. As part of HYPE Innovation’s expert team, Sara helps Fortune 2000 organizations transform their innovation goals into tangible actions that drive value. She is actively working with organizations to prepare for ISO Certification and has extensive experience in core innovation competencies such as breakthrough innovation, continuous innovation, employee engagement, and open innovation.

Jorge Martinez Navarrete

Jorge Martinez Navarrete is an Information Technology Officer at the UN Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT) in New York, leading the Unite Ideas platform and TechNovation Talks series. With over 15 years of experience, he has led innovation and data science teams in both public and private sectors, including Peugeot-Citroën and He has overseen information systems for 18,000+ UN personnel and contributed to various UN commissions. Jorge holds a Master’s in Production Administration, Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, driven by a passion for sustainable development.

Nour Odeh

Nour Odeh is an Open Innovation Specialist at the United Nations Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT), contributing to operational efficiency and sustainability at the UN Headquarters in New York. With a background in Management Information Systems and a B.Sc. from Princess Sumaya University for Technology, Nour brings expertise in innovation strategy, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
