How do you build your organization's capability to identify trends, industry shifts, and important emerging technologies — and then act on them? This one-day event will give you access to best practices and advice from industry leaders about scouting; plugging into the startup ecosystem; setting up pilot tests; communicating internally; and scaling what works. The event includes a pre-event visit to either Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JLABS or NASA AMES Research Center, and a full day at the PACCAR Silicon Valley innovation Center.
Innovation Leader's Deep Dive events bring together 50+ innovation professionals for one day to focus in on a single theme. These events are designed just for corporate innovators – no consultants, no software vendors, no sales pitches. For this Deep Dive, we'll bring participants inside truck manufacturer PACCAR's Silicon Valley Innovation Center to discuss how to successfully scout for the emerging trends and tech that will matter to your organization. Be prepared for lots of interactive sessions, peer-driven learning, and tactics you can bring home and put to use immediately.
Infused with peer-driven learning, skill-building, and interactive activities, our off-the-record sessions are for attendees' ears only. No slides, no panels, no fluff...just real conversations with your peers from the world's most successful companies.
The Deep Dive will take place at PACCAR's Innovation Center, with pre-event activities at NASA AMES Research Center, and Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JLABS:
Join us for an optional pre-event visit to Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JLABS or NASA AMES Research Center on February 26th to kick-off the event. At Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JLABS, participants will hear from Jeff Calcagno, Head of Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JLABS Bay Area, and some of the startups that they're working with. At the NASA AMES Research Center, participants will experience interactive demos and hear from Jay Trimble, Founder and Lead of Open Mission Control Technologies currently working on operations for our return to the Moon.
The PACCAR Silicon Valley Innovation Center is coordinating next-generation research and identifying emerging technologies that will benefit the future of trucking. Technology areas of focus include autonomy, artificial intelligence, and vehicle connectivity. The Innovation Center is also accelerating partnerships in the development of electric and hydrogen fuel cell powertrains, as well as the deployment of big data analytics.
