What do you get paid?
It’s a touchy subject — we know. And that’s probably why there’s no good data out there (yet) about compensation and bonuses for executives driving innovation initiatives.
So we put together this anonymous one-page, 60-seconds-or-less survey on compensation. Our goal is to shed light not just on how Chief Innovation Officers and others are paid at companies of various sizes, but on the measures that are being used to calculate bonuses and incentive payments.
