Innovation is just different within nonprofits, NGOs, cause-oriented organizations, and industry groups. This one-day virtual event, will focus on how these organizations are connecting differently with members and supporters; designing new kinds of events and digital offerings; partnering; communicating externally; and working with government agencies and the private sector. This event will include several "white space" sessions where participants can propose topics they would like to discuss and convene groups of peers.
Innovation Leader events are designed just for innovators working inside established organizations – no consultants, no software vendors, no sales pitches. For this gathering, we'll bring participants together virtually to discuss how to successfully make change happen inside mission-driven organizations. Be prepared for lots of interactive sessions, peer-driven learning, and tactics you can put to use immediately.
Infused with peer-driven learning, skill-building, and interactive activities, our off-the-record sessions are for attendees' ears only. No slides, no panels, no fluff...just real conversations with your peers from the world's most successful organizations.
Participants in this event will be invited to join us on April 30th at 2 PM ET for a special one-hour online session with Ted Molter, Chief Marketing Officer of San Diego Zoo Global, the not-for-profit organization that operates the San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. With a combined five million visitors each year, the Zoo and the Safari Park provide guests with the opportunity to see thousands of plant and animal species in person and up close. Ted will discuss how marketing, attention, and engagement are changing — what works in 2020, and what doesn't.
