Charting the Future is a chance to brainstorm and problem-solve with peers, and explore the most important trends for innovators as we move into an uncertain future. Sessions and presentations will explore how teams successfully pivoted admist the COVID-19 pandemic and how they are scenario planning for the year ahead.

As with all Innovation Leader events, Charting the Future is designed for maximum interactivity, honest conversations, and no B.S. There will be plenty of time for you to ask questions, get input on your biggest challenges, and meet others one-on-one and in group networking sessions.

Who's participating in this event?

Space is limited to corporate innovation, strategy, emerging tech, design, and R&D professionals. That’s everyone from Chief Innovation Officers and VPs of Innovation, to Directors of Emerging Technology and R&D Managers. If you’re responsible for creating new products or services inside your company, you’re probably the right fit.

How will I participate in this event?

We will be using the Swapcard browser-based networking platform for this event, and Zoom videoconferencing software. Zoom's software is free, and easy to install on your work laptop, a personal laptop, or even an iPad or tablet. In advance of the event, download either the Zoom client for your operating system, or the mobile app for a tablet or iPad here. You'll receive all the zoom info ahead of the event. Just click the link when you're ready to join... or enter the nine-digit Meeting ID when you open the Zoom app.

Will vendors be there pitching me?

No. This is a pitch-free zone. Aside from our Innovation Leader partners, we do not admit consultants, advisors, software firms, or others who might try to pitch you something. This is a safe environment.

Will you bore me with PowerPoints?

No. While some sessions may include slides, we've asked our session leaders to tilt the balance towards activities, exercises, and Q&A.

Will the media be there?

No. All our sessions are confidential and off-the-record.

Can I get a refund?

Event ticket purchases are final. However, you may substitute or transfer your registration to a colleague up to the day before the event — just let us know, so we have the new participant's contact info. events@innovationleader.com.
