Success Stories

Learnings and Case Studies from Across Industries
January 28-29, 2021

What Will You Get Out of It?

Success Stories is a chance to learn from your peers across industries about what works — and how they overcame obstacles on the way to launching new products, introducing new technology platforms, building ecosystems, and changing internal culture and processes.

The sole focus of this event is presenting case studies from large organizations about things that are deployed or in-market and delivering value. We’ll explore:

  • How projects get resourced
  • How you build internal coalitions needed to support new ideas
  • Generating engagement from key stakeholders when many people are working remotely
  • Creating prototypes and getting the right feedback from prospective customers
  • Collaborating with functional and business unit colleagues to get things launched.

Let's Get Honest...

Success Stories will also feature a totally-anonymous, cameras-off session where participants and invited speakers will share on failures and projects that were killed — how they managed through it, and what they learned.

No. This is a pitch-free zone. Aside from our Innovation Leader partners, we do not admit consultants, advisors, software firms, or others who might try to pitch you something. This is a safe environment.

Will you bore me with PowerPoints?

No. While some sessions may include slides, we've asked our session leaders to tilt the balance towards activities, exercises, and Q&A.

Will the media be there?

No. All our sessions are confidential and off-the-record.
