We will be using the Swapcard browser-based networking platform for this event, and Zoom videoconferencing software. Zoom's software is free, and easy to install on your work laptop, a personal laptop, or even an iPad or tablet. In advance of the event, download either the Zoom client for your operating system, or the mobile app for a tablet or iPad here. You'll receive all the zoom info ahead of the event. Just click the link when you're ready to join... or enter the nine-digit Meeting ID when you open the Zoom app.

No. While some sessions may include slides, we've asked our session leaders to tilt the balance towards activities, exercises, and Q&A.
No. All our sessions are confidential and off-the-record.
Event ticket purchases are final. However, you may substitute or transfer your registration to a colleague up to the day before the event — just let us know, so we have the new participant's contact info. events@innovationleader.com.
